With over 20 years of experience across leasing, property management and residential sales, Kirsten brings a deep understanding of the real estate industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding service at every level to Giordano & Partners Luxury Real Estate.

In her role as Head of Executive Leasing Division, she specialises in luxury leasing solutions tailored to the needs of high-end clientele, working closely with property owners, investors and executive tenants to ensure every leasing experience is seamless, strategic, and service driven.  Her focus is on maintaining the highest standards of professionalism whilst also building lasting relationships based on trust, discretion and results.

Her vast experience spans the full spectrum of property management - from leasing and tenant relations to managing complex financial and legal documentation. Throughout her career, she has always elevated client service and improved operational efficiency, which has allowed her to build a strong foundation in managing luxury real estate portfolios.

Kirsten has held senior leadership roles, overseeing property teams, introducing best-practice systems, and mentoring staff to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. Further, her background in residential sales adds an extra layer of insight that supports a holistic and strategic approach to real estate services.

She holds a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management), a Certificate IV in Business (Real Estate Sales) and is a fully licensed Land Agent. Her approach is grounded in industry knowledge, integrity, and a passion for helping people achieve their property goals.
